Ephesians 4-25

Therefore each of you must put off falsehood and speak truthfully to his neighbor, for we are all members of one body.
—Ephesians 4:25

Thoughts on the Verse  
Paul reminds us that dishonesty in the Body of Christ is just as damaging. Our words must not only be kind, but they must be truthful and beneficial as well.
 
Prayer
Heavenly Father, guard my heart  and my lips from what is false. May my words be true without deceit . Father, teach me to speak in ways that bring your blessing, truth and peace to those who hear my words. In Jesus name I pray. Amen.
