There are times in our world history when this promise of God seems like a mirage in the face of brutal governments, racial hatred, and human injustice. But over time, brutal governments are smashed. Moral indignation replaces complacency. As God's people, we are called to model the ethics and values of God's will. Let's demonstrate God's will in our families, friendships and churches.
Prayer
Holy and righteous God, show your will and discipline those nations who are ruthless in their injustice. Convict us, to be people of reconciliation, justice, healing and hope. In Jesus name I pray. Amen.
